Anyone have any overdrive tech help. 498 bbc dart 360 ,grp rods, Ross 8:1 pistons with a stripped 8-71 at 46% over. I put on a mooneyham 14-71 stripped. Do I need to drastically reduce my overdrive ?

Hello Mike, Just wondering if you knew of any dedicated top fuel groups as this top alcohol group we both are part of.
      Cheers Rick

      Say mike this is cj.
      Need some input.
I am very soon running my motor and car on a chassis dyno. Fuel system all flowed by gorr with there Gucci barrel valve.
Where would you set timing for my set up on 12 amp mag for street and 44 for track.
Water cooled KB with stage IV heads, dmpe 14-71 superman, 11.5-1.
Not running at track yet. Not running fuel mgmt yet.
I could run timing retards if necessary.
I am planning on dyno tuning. Then taking it to car craft to display and break car crafts dyno lol.
Then street drive some. Not racing on the street though.
I will start with 1-1 then 20% over
      Thanks mike

mr. canter as i read the new rules for tad you can run electric selonoids and fuel managment systems now, i have only ran electric selonoids with high speeds in a roots blown dragster now switching to tad with a bae block and bae 6 heads psi 206d
but as i understand with a screw most take off lean and add fuel as they go were as with the roots i took fat and took off fuel as i went,
being new to tad and the new rules would you think i should stay with the elec. selonoids and hihgspeeds or go with the air selonoids or go to an elec or air fuel managemnt system what would be easier on my learning curve and easier on my parts and back pocket
thanks so much for all your answers in the past and sharing your knowledge
