Very trick work! Have you leaked your motor? I am o-ring'ed with copper head gaskets, only running 26 degrees with msd 7al2 car runs 6.70's 202-203 but after 12-15 runs leakage between center cylinders goes up to 45% pull the heads and right between the valves the head will be off .004-.005 over about a half inch area, the rest of the head is still within .001 everywhere. The bearings look great everything else appears happy, 8-71 standard helix 8% over 393 motor 1800 lbs. Will you be running MIR for the Presidents cup? I am going to Rockingham to run this week, I pulled the heads and made inserts between center cylinders to try to eliminate the problem, I have talked to Santos and many other people everyone seems to have the same problem when the exhaust valves are next to each other.

 

Really? The whipple is only 9.8 litersand yet was not allowed the same overdrive.Were the earlier PSI's smaller?

 

Wasen't the issue with the Whipple overdrive difference because the drive was on the underdriven rotor?

 

Don't know about the whipple. Just going by the stat sheet that I got from PSI with our new "C" rotor.

 

The reason I thought it was a Rowe car was he put those leg protection bars in his cars also.

You might want to recheck that switching to a 20 amp. I think the only thing that puts out more energy at the plug than that 10 plus (700mj)is the 44 amp mag(950mj).
