While I agree that there is no spec for a doorcar under 6.00, you must remember that when the advance et was reduced to 6.00 from 6.30, there was no change to the rules. I don't anticipate much in the way of a rule change for this also. The Advanced et saftey rules are very similar to the TA rules

I think people will definatly see a 5 sec. run in pro mod with the turbo cars. From the rumor mill and what I can hear when a couple have run is theyre using nitrous into the turbos to spool them up at the starting line giving them 60 and 330ft times as quick as anything and we have all seen them run the back half. I think if nhra doesnt allow this with nitrous they can use anything with a high head pressure to spool up the turbos. Ive seen a small block powered corvette run 620's at cecil using this approach, sounds like a jet car doing burner pops when it leaves the starting line.
