The only way to make Blown cars competitive!

How come every one keeps talking about the ( THE GIZMO ) when Pat Alexander has gone on record saying they (PSI) don't want to make the C model. she said something about not being able to keep up with demand for there fuel roots blowers .

 

To TAFC: Thanks for thinking about the manufacturer in all of this -- it's rare indeed! It's true that when we first introduced the "fuel" blower, we were struggling to meet the demand. We have since then hired and trained a top flight group of guys that are capable of performing near miracles when called upon. If NHRA were to suddenly make it possible for our oldest, dearest customers to become competitive again by allowing the Gizmo, believe me, we would be there, with bells on!

 

sorry I've been gone trying to race while you guys have been trying to figure this all out. Nothing against Randy but he wentQ1 5.39 Q3 5.29 1st rd 5.33 in Scribner the second q something was wrong with the ignition. 2nd e round he put a hole out and got beat on the tree by Larry T and that is probably the only reason we won. As far as the 500 in mtr goes throw it in the lake the blower we have won't make up the difference it means not only change all the mtr. parts except cam and heads but probably all the trans ratios besides, and I already have the tallest ones they make. So we get to buy rear gears as well. Dave

Didn't Marty say the Gizmo won't make but .06-.07 difference?? Not's not enough to balance thibgs out IMO!

 

What will balance things out is seeing a Blown car get #1 Qual! How long has it been??
