Relocating from Australia to California, Irvine

Hi, I am currently in the throws of relocating to California, I'm in Australia and I have my toys here, a 103 inch blown alcohol nostalgia altered and also a NTF dragster that am putting together and all the parts that go with it.....I am looking to be based out of Irvine area and just looking at the cost of living rent etc...as it is close to work. I imagine workshop space would be of a premium.
So I want to see if anyone has space...or maybe even their own team and need help or potential joint venture in racing maybe I don't need to bring my cars if anyone has some ideas please send me a message. Thanks
