quickest methanol altered in USA ?????

    Pretty sure Jirka Kaplan went 5.96 in his AA/AM before he went TAFC. I think that was like half an hour under the index....

    Yes, with a 388 ci hemi ,non H.H.14:71, lencodrive , at 5.4 lbs per ci....
    At the USNationals a string of 6.0's and won.

    I did a lot of research on this many years ago and the late Neil Parker went a 5.95 in the excavator with a big chief helix motor. This was the quickest run I was ever able to track as I wanted to break that record back then.

    As far as 35 over Larry Reap is a good one to track on that, last I spoke to him Larry had a PSI high helix roots, I think it had the ERD setup on it.

    EDIT Just saw Les's post it may have been a 5.94
