Glad to hear no serious injuries in Bristol pro mod crashes..Its seems to be such a shame that these guys appear to be bouncing off the walls at every event and the NHRA hasn't showed any public interest in stopping it. With alcohol classes, there seemed to be a remedy for every incident put in place within days ,but the poor guys in pro mod are left to fend for themselves.I would think there should be some kind of rule change or $1000 new safety item that could be mandated..I'd like to say the 1000 ft track would fix things, but the reality is they play pinball on the ADRL 1/8 mile tracks as well.Seriously though,I do hope they do something before we start loosing these stars.

Lifting when you get WAY out of the groove is one way to correct the problem. In Burgess case anyway.

It is surprising how many of them make 90 degree turns right off the hit. It would seem that a wheelbase change would be in order...then of course you would call it "Funny Car".
