Anyone who makes headers can make inconnel headers for an extra material cost. I guess I have to ask, why inconnel? What are you trying to accomplish?

Thank you all for the responses and messages, I have found someone. That's a secret as far as reason for iconel. I've found that not everyone can make them. You have to be able to make the flange out of iconel as well...whether they don't want to or can't...not every header manufacturer builds them. At the same time I want someone who has built them before for my application, I don't want to have the headers become another job at the track.

I don't know what your "secret" is but you might want Ti or some other alloys if seeking weight savings. Inconnel is only really beneficial in very high heat applications.
