First Blown Alcohol Build

I know the feeling, but it isn't just the Chibellays. I came from the Ford side, got a nice aluminum big block, CNC heads, etc...and it isn't good enough to play this game. The hard truth is Hemi is better.

Okay, thank you all for the continued input.

Focusing on the block, pro/cons of going new vs. used? If used what should I look out for? Brand recommendations?

Used stuff can be fine, just do your homework and be carefull.

When I bought my BAE block from my buddy I had my choice of his cast block or his billet block , I actually took the virgin cast block over the billet block that had a few windows and saddles in it and I have had great luck with it!
