Alcohol class parking for US Nationals

I have heard rumors, and seen a published schedule, that indicates there will be no U.S. Nationals parking until Tuesday this year. That would fit with what they have been trying to do, by having the workers come in a day later (saves money to go toward officers bonuses).
Is this what everyoone else believes to be the case?
Kind of does away with taking the rig straight there from Bowling Green, and getting back to the job for Tuesday and Wednesday!
