If the Gizzmo gets approved they need to keep it in the TAD class only. Seems the TAFC clasS is doing just fine without it. Pomona was the best TAFC racing of the year.

    NO GIZZMO FOR TAFC!!!!!

it pays the same money to qualify at div race,or national event in tad-or a/fd .145.00 dollars for a drum of alcohol-900.00-to a 1000.00 for a drum of nitro.makes that psi look pretty good right now ,but the valve springs and rods will still get you in the back pocket!!

I have a question? Do the blown TAD's get to spin the blowers 125% like the FC's?

You mean 92% right Zone? That's a Big drop, I guess NHRA can always give the blown cars more air if needed.

Mr. Scary: Blown alcohol dragsters are at their maximum overdrive per the SFI certification. The only way they could get more air is to use a different blower.

    Mr. Scary,

No one has given you the right answer.

TA/FC used to be 2.25, which was changed to 1.92 OD.

    TA/D is 2.15 OD.

Blowerlady is right tho, SFI will not allow more than 2.15 OD for the TA/D's.

Sorry, Vette is correct. What I meant to post is TAD is 2.15 and TAFC is 1.92(for psi)
