i run an old ssi blower on our car, but if i had the $$ to buy a new blower i would get a littlefield case with kobelco rotors. it is alot...
i am by far no blower expert, but that sounds a little low. should come up though when you crank up the motor higher. we have a 1997 SSI "B" rotor...
