Have you tried a straight edge to see if all the pulleys are in the correct plane ?

Your problem most likely isn't bearing related ------at 10% od on the blower you aren't making alot of HP either --- is this a forged or billet...
Try posting alot more info on your whole combination of car, engine, oil pump type , oil you intened to use , what type of blower , how much boost...

Depends on the OD of the sleeve , there are three different OD 's available -- you need to measure the block's also as the blocks can be bored...

You should always have a person in the seat when the car is running ON jackstands----and they should KNOW what to do in case of a problem occuring...

Dave, that is assuming you are looking at the back of the pump ? Not the front .
I have to tell ya , O rings don't "settle in" , there is something else affecting this as you say the pump performed on the bench-----it should...
