With blower motors (roots 14-71) is there a huge benefit to the latest and greatest heads. Ie new brad ta1x or new noonan/MBE stuff versus older...
if someone decided to run TAD and do it with a blower motor who is the go to guy to run with the 3 guys who currently run with the nitro cars....

I thought of putting a small inline ball valve. This way after start up it could be turned off to prevent that from ever happening?
Will trade for 16x16 beadlocks. 5 1/2" bolt pattern. Can use 4 or 5" bs. Will trade up or down.

its a hemi. I will just stick with the .080" gasket, not the end of the world most rpm it will see is 84-8600
I agree. The motor was run with an .080 head gasket and with the head on the motor without the gasket nothing hits. So there is at least .080...
What's the minimum piston to valve and or piston to head everyone likes to run. Currently the motor has .080" head gasket and has .165 exhaust...
