    If you are using the 1/2' studs it is quite likely that you are using the water heads, if so by doing them up too tight will cause stress cracking...

    Chris, I dont necessarily think it is wrong, rather very different, most of us guys run bigger blowers eg. 14/71's with lower engine compressions...
