More google and I see a turbo liked 7.6 AFR on E85.
A quick google confirms that pump E85 can be anywhere from E51 ro E83. For a consistent tune use a race blend E85 from VP, Sunoco etc.
I'm pretty sure the new lb has the 7075 aluminum rotors. Andy from Littlefield posts here. Hopefully he will help.

I would talk to Jeremy at BAE. Many people run fuel heads on alcohol. He is an expert and honest in his advice.
I'm not an expert either but will an intake manifold fit +100 block and +100 heads ??. Hopefully experts will post.
You said your chambers were 200cc. That sounds like the modern 100 tall fuel head. Now you say you have a 100 tall block. So + 200 ? Odd combimation.

I love a hemi but for what you want I think some version of a BBC is the best choice.
