The Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning Burndown at Sundown! Celebrates Route 66 Raceway’s 15th Anniversary With the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, June 7-9, 2013

image003.jpg Joliet, Ill. – Nov. 27, 2012 – The Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning Burndown at Sundown!, part of the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series weekend, returns to Route 66 Raceway on Saturday, June 8, 2013 for a night of heart-pounding action. The Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning Burndown at Sundown! features fire-breathing jet cars with sounds that echo throughout Route 66 Raceway’s stadium of drag racing as the jet engines propel the dragsters to speeds approaching 300 miles per hour.

“The Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning Burndown at Sundown! will kick off our 15th Anniversary season in a big way this June, and we are excited to have an organization as highly regarded as Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning as our partner in this endeavor,” said Scott Paddock, Route 66 Raceway president. “The Burndown at Sundown! provides our fans with a wide array of drag racing action that will deliver a full body sensory experience for both first-time and die-hard fans. The sheer power of a jet engine is a sight to behold and it puts a great exclamation point on a weekend that features over 450 racers. This event continues to grow and develop, and the involvement of Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning will help to make this be our best one yet.”

“NHRA drag racing and the Burndown at Sundown! are perfect matches for what we are about as a company,” said David Musial, CEO of Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning. “Our commitment to our customers, many of whom are drag racing fans, has always been our hallmark. We are excited to put our name on what has become one of the hottest nights of drag racing in the Chicagoland area, allowing us to remind our customers and race fans to save the hot nights for the drag strip and not for their homes.”

Also taking place over the three day event weekend, June 7-9, is the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series – a regional touring series featuring over 450 of drag racing’s elite. From Top Alcohol Dragsters and Funny Cars to wheel standing Super Stocks, the 10 categories of premier sportsman competition truly offer something for everybody.
