For All Alky Pro Users

    If you bring up your Alky Pro program and it says you license has expired then please read this email from Alky Pro:

    Dear Valued Customers,

    We are currently experiencing issues with the licensing service in Alky Pro which can cause Alky Pro to incorrectly identify that your license is disabled. This was due to the web hosting company (that hosted our licensing service) changing a URL and refusing to change it back.

    Please note your license has NOT been disabled.

    If possible, don't run the current version of Alky Pro installed on your machine. The best thing to do is to install the newest update of Alky Pro from the website http://alkypro.com/.

    Once you have updated to the new version (3.6.62) then you should be able to run Alky Pro again. If you are prompted for a license then you should be able to enter the license that you originally entered.
    If you have issues with it saying that the license is disabled please reply to this email and I can help you out.

    We offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and assure you we are taking all steps to ensure this can never happen again.

    A big recommendation from me is to save that long License Key in a folder on your computer so you can always access it and use it if you have to.

    UPDATE from Alky Pro
    An update for our customers. We were unable to get the hosting company to restore our server account in a timely manner, and have had to move to a new licensing server.
    What this means: There is a new version of Alky Pro available for download from our website. At the bottom of the Home page there is a red button "Download Latest Version. It is functionally unchanged from what you've been using and all your saved runs are safe. We are currently going through our database and sending out new licenses to all users. Once you have the new version and apply the new license we will send you you are good to go again. As a form of apology for the disruption, we will add an extra 3 months license to your remaining period.
    If anyone doesn't receive a new license in the next 24 hours, or if you require a license more urgently, please contact us via the Support email on the website: www.alkypro.com
