    Mr Slick,

    As of about a month ago there is still no change.
    By the way, did you ever show the qualifing list from Denver a couple of years ago that I gave you ? the one that had you in the show.

    Dale - Thanks for the response. Billy sure treated me well way-back-when. He even lent us a set of Donovan heads for my first trip from SoCal to Indy. Re: Denver - Goes to show that even though I did not have a car there for the event (I was a tire wiper for Shelly Howard that weekend) NHRA still thought enough of me to actually have me qualified in the field. If only it were that easy and inexpensive! - Eldon P

    I first met BW at my first Natl. at Pomona '90, my first reaction was "That guy is short"! I hope he comes out of Coma!

    tire wiper? heard many anames for you from uncle Bob but never atire wiper. Heard you called A wipper. Just joking hope to have a big get together at Indy.     TO BD RE: Billy - Thanks, appreciate the update. ONE THING I REMEMBER ABOUT BILLY WAS WALKING NEXT DOOR AND LOOKING OVER HIS SHOULDER TO SEE THREE DIRRERENT COMPRESSION PISTONS IN THE RIGHT BANK. I FIGURED HE WAS REALLY ON TO SOMETHING OR HAD RUN SHORT OF PISTONS. HE RAN WELL THAT DAY BUT NOT THAT GOOD. I FINALLY DECIDED HE WAS ACTUALLY LOW ON PISTONS TO REPLACE THE ONES HE HAD BURNED UP EARLIER. ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE CURVE AS I RECALL. Eldon P
