    Alan Johnson... Or Walt Austin.

And by chance, do you mean legal, 20 over stuff, or strictly Outlaw?

If one is talking about a hemi then I would have to say that just buying one straight from Brad Anderson is the way to go. Jay Payne and others who use the BAE motors has been pretty impressive over the years. One thing about BAE is the support. If you need parts or something repaired then they are fast and dependable.

Now as far as the fuel systems and tuning then that is different. That also depends on if one is going to use a Rootes blower or a PSI Screw blower. In the Rootes blower area then Jimmy Rector, Al Billis, Bill Barret (Dr Bill) and Chuck Ford all seem to do an impressive job time after time. As far as the PSI screw blower then Bill Barret, Randy Anderson and Chuck Ford and I would have to think some more on who else but there are more.

Don't forget Rick Hickman in Tennesee. I think he's building engines for one of the shieks in Qatar.
