Raising the roots..

    Is there ever a reason to raise the blower from the manifold with a spacer..?

    Not that I have ever seen or heard about. Moving it back helps. Matching the hat bottom opening to the blower top opening helps

    Sometimes its done because of trying to use a more popular belt size. Also done to look like a woodchuck built your engine.
