BBC diaper

    how does everyone run there engine diaper by the starter motor? Do you guys set it up so the starter sits inside the diaper or do you run the diaper between the oil pan and the starter motor?

    I put the diaper over the starter and just bag the whole thing

    When I ran a BBC I tried to wrap the diaper around the outside of starter and also behind it....got frustrated as the frame clearance was just too tight on an Altered/FC style chassis so I bought an RCD blower starter....

    We keep the starter outside the bag.
