I'm looking for the port nozzle jet stagger with single nozzle system on a BAE fathead with a PSI blower.

    Thanks -Dale

    Nozzle Stagger

As I expected, there are no replies giving up anyones super secret, hard fought and won stagger, sometimes after many many runs of experimenting and data logger reading and plug reading hours to come up with a nozzle stagger that works for them at the moment. I made the same mistake of asking the same question back in the day (a couple of years ago) and I also got the same silence. No problem. After all, the other racers here have either paid the bucks to get only a "baseline" tune that they still had to fine tune with more hours and plug reading OR did it the old school way of trial and error, also expensive. Again, no problem understanding that they for sure wouldn't want to make a particular suggestion to you that when you installed that tune-up to see it burn up your motor and have you blaming them.
I run an AJ2 fuel headed 526 hemi with a set back HH 14 roots so I don't have the same combo you have. If I did have, I would certainly spell out my tune-up to you with the caveat that it may work for me but if it does not work for you, it could cost you a motor and maybe more. Then again, I don't run in competition and I don't give a rats bohiney if I help someone run faster than I do. Of course, if you blow your stuff up, I can't help that either.
I would ask, though, is this motor you have a new combo or have you had it together for a while with runs on it? Any data logging? What do the plugs look like?
If all else fails, run it super rich and work your way down. Old school and expensive on parts.

How can anyone give away a "secret" with such an open ended question? No info on engine specs, overdrive, compression or firing order etc.
While I certainly do not have an answer due to no experience with screw blowers, I am sure someone here can give a decent base with the right information.

    Nozzle Stagger

Agreed. OP did not include enough information. I have just never seen anyone post a suggested nozzle stagger on ITA nor would I expect to for the reasons I already stated. Like I already suggested, start rich and work down if nothing else or if he does not want to pay money to have his system flowed and receive only a baseline for his tuneup.
Maybe some experienced fat head screw guys on here can help him with more information provided. Let's see. Just saying.

The PSI manual has several baseline nozzle recommendations based on overdrive. They list dribbler and mains but I would think you could combine the area and get the total fuel flow and tweak from there.

Port stagger on a screw blower depends on the design of the intake manifold, the percent of overdrive and the biggest factor being the plate between the blower and the manifold. Depending on whoes plate you are using the stagger maybe totally different. You have to read plugs and figure out your motor by reading the plugs.
