Chassis protectant

    I have seen the threads on here several times but can't seem to find them now that I need the info. I need some reccomendations to prtect my chrom moly and preventing rust.

    WD-40 works great. My chassis is 14 years young only thing I use.

    I like Corrosion X from Corrosion Technologies Corp. part # 94004 800-638-7361

    it is a dielectric oil also...

    Gun oil.....if you want to maintain it

    Boe-shield if you want to spray it once and walk away

    blue me

    I have heard of the old guys using gun blueing . not sure haven't tested that one yet. I have tried corrosion x and fluid film. both good.

    I've been using Gibbs oil for the last year or two. It's by far the best I've tried. Works amazing on loosening rusted bolts/nuts also
