just got my 110 pump back from being flowed, it made 6.2@2000 and 12.42@4000

i just wanted to bounce some numbers off you guys:

im going to underdrive the pump 14%
nozzle area .02113 (could probably be smaller)
motor should need about 5.8g and the pump should be making about 10.7g@8000
    @ 1500' im looking at a 140 main on .058 x 8 hat nozzles
6.5% over making 9# give or take on a nylatron stripped standard helix 8-71
barrel valve leaks 70% and theres .011 in the blades

engine combo is a 555 BBC with Dart 345s roughly at 12.9:1 and 32*

does everything here look pretty safe for the first 1/8 pass
fire away... were still waiting on a set of pulley spacers in order to fire it up

theoretically maybe put a 120 main in it for the first pass to make sure all is well? then start looking at plugs from there.

Looks like nobody is going to answer so I'll give it a shot.

    Need to know:
    Fuel
    Top and bottom blower pulleys.

As a wild guess for alky I would say the .140 is too fat, I would go with around .180 and it should be a bit fat.

Try this TOOL out, note; no guarantees.

Its alky, blower is 6.5 over with a 48 and 45. I could see the 180 if i was running the pump at 50 percent but its only turning .43 as i have a 14% under drive on the pump.

i see where the difference is on both tune ups, its the afr the spud miller is 4.1 where yours is at 5.02 hence the difference in the 150 and 180 jets. that being said whats the magic number on alcohol? 4.1 seems awfully rich, that also being said, a 180 main is ridiculous. what size jet would i need for a pump sizer to get me to a 100 main jet. i dont have a square area chart handy. its the difference between the 180 and the 100s square area equals pump sizer...

Thanks, on my calculator, you can change the afr and get the re-calculated pill size.

Btw, on yours, I would use 436 for Blower Cubic Inch/Rev Output.

I made this tool so I could use it on my cell phone for instant access.

i used 436, ill split the difference on the main jet. i agree ill probably end up at a 180 but for the first pass given 1400' corrected im gonna slip in a 165, that would be 3-4 steps safe given an unknown untested combination. nothing wrong with easing up on it, lol.
