Does anyone know what retainers are compatible with the Manley lash locs ( not Manley as they don't do a retainer to suit my pac springs) . I'm using the 10 degree victory but have been told they shouldn't be used together - any info would be appreciated .I run a alky funnycar brad engine brad 5 heads thanks Craig

Be careful when using lashlocks. They need to to be installed with no clearance between the top of the valve stem and the bottom of the lashlock. I've seen a couple engines ruined because of lash locks. Snaps the valve off right at the keeper groove. If there is not a constant pressure on the valve groove , every time the valve shuts it slams the keeper against the groove like a air hammer.

Dale , you are correct about that with the JT Stewart "lash lock" and I came damn close to dropping a valve because that exact reason .
The Manley "captured lock" set up is way better in my opinion because it puts the pressure on the tip of the valve not the grove that holds the lock .
