I have a blower restraint I need recertified. It was bought from Deist years ago. Last time I had a recert, I sent it in 4 weeks early. A few days before the race I called them and asked where it was. "well, still here". I ended up having to pay $100 next day air shipping for a $100 recert. I wasn't happy.
    Has their service improved?
Anyone else that will recert it?
    Thanks

unfortunately their service has gone into the toilet. so much even good vibrations has even stopped using them totally. i love their products and have some still, but horrible service. sometimes other vendors like dj will recert their stuff, and might be a wise choice. just call them ahead of time . its sad, because at one time they were the best out there.

A buddy got his recertified by DJ Safety. The plate came back with the "Deist" ground off with a die grinder. I would have been PISSED OFF! Maybe a 1 time thing.
I have a race this weekend. I will decide how much time I have after that and decide which way to go.

I thought it odd. I will try DJ with a note not to grind on my plate. I would rather give him my cash than someone who doesn't give a damn about service.

    Good Vibreations

Jim and his people are some of the best I ever purchased parts from. They introduced me to DJ years ago and I have no complains about DJ at all.

I shipped mine to DJ today. With some ballistic shorts (boat stuff). I will report back, but it seems they are the man. I sent them priority mail, should be there by Tuesday at the latest.

Deist received my diaper and blanket on June 6. It was being shipped back June 13. That's a 4 working day turn around. Can't complain.
