OK< I understand how big business works, but did anyone else notice that as of 9/3/2010 Impact has made nice to sfi and the company is now in the good graces of sfi..of course with certain considerations($$) AND>>>there is no longer any notice posted concerning the decertification of pre 2009 product...WTF??without that posted,does this old stuff now have a small value overseas? Seems strange to remove the decertification notice..did the product improve in the trash cans?

 

i can't even get them to return a pair of 20 gloves they took at the etown national!! that company is falling apart and i am glad to say that i will never buy their products again.

further, shame on nhra for not making ANY comment so the drivers know what to do.

 

I feel very safe with my stuff from DJ safety,rather than go over the old stuff again,they helped me with all the questions and stood behind it with a personal interest,and were and are very easy to get along with,even after the sale.This is why we use it in our program.

Just my luck......sold all my Impact stuff for pennies on the dallor, just to get rid of it and booooom..........its legal now? I agree with WTF!!!!!!! So what is legal and what isn't?

 

finally answered

Any Impact Racing product that was produced in 2005 through 2008 and was previously decertified will remain decertified, that has not changed as a result of the agreement between SFI and Impact Racing. Impact products made in 2009 and forward are still certified.

they should check and recert them.....but then again it is impact !!!!!!!!!!!

Even if you did send them back to recer or repair,deep down would you really trust it,and I assume they lost a bunch of revenue on this deal,and I think there check book comes before me or you.
