2 step

    can anyone verify if a 2 step is legal in tad, jim collins will not be answering his tech line till june 26 due to nhra races,
    according to the rule book 12.9 under ignition
    the use of any automated rpm-control device during the staging and launching process is permitted. see general reg. 8:3
    which says programmable rev limiters and so on prohibited
    would like to make sure before wiring one in
    any help greatly appreciated

    Yes a 2-Step is legal, just no "in-line" throttle control devices like a TD or SC car would use.

    Be Careful when I hit the rev limiter Licensing in a TAD I Broke Allot of valve springs:mad::D

    how are you connecting it is it a msd 2 step module , what ign system are you using

    44 mag, hooking it into the clutch switch
