most guys put a valve in the line so you can meter the hydraulic oil to one end or the other. Mine kinks the wheelie bar when it lifts the front before the rear. Dave Germain

If your front jack has saddles, just slide it back or forward until the car raises equally. I does`nt take but a few inches either way, but it does work. P.S. I am refering to a funny car. All the valve does is slow down the returning oil so the car does`nt come crashing down.

I get one of the larger crew members to hold some weight on the front of the car. Seems to work

call Pro Jack and have them send you a valve it's like a portioning valve on a street rod with disc/drums more one way than the other..a very simple thing and it works very well and also the last time I got one it was cheap.Dave

We just replaced the tee at the pump with a 3-port ball valve, so you can select front or rear.

put a hyd flow contol on it
you can slow down the flow to the front or rear
can go either way depends on which direction you want to control

you can stop by our trailer @ Topeka and watch our funny car go straight up evenly every time. We have a hyd guru in Iowa and he has a flow control the size of a pack of fags and I used 2 ball valves so I can control the speed and shut the frt off so we can raise the rear when we pack the chutes. I guess I could see what it would cost for the valve and stuff and I could take a few pics & some directions and sell a kit if anyone is interested! He gave us the stuff.

Mine does the same thing so to fix the problem we roll the front tires up on 2X6 blocks we cut a 45% cut on the ends to make it easier to roll.
