    Just a note to update some information about surgery for a problem Mike has had for years. after some recent problems with his diverticulitus the corrective surgury was done yesterday--Jan. 5 and was very successful. Recuperation will be 3 - to 4 weeks. He is recovering at St Clair Hospital in the Pittsburgh area and expects to come home approx monday Jan 9. I know some friends knew he was "supposed" to get this corrected for over two years but kept putting it off...After an especially bad attack at the end of October, he bit the bullet and agreed to the surgury. Best regards and thanks for all the well wishes and he will be "back in the saddle" soon! thanks, Janet Kossky
