As I understand it, Oddy will not pass out this information.

It seems like it has a been a standing rule with them. I've never owned one, but i know people with 1st hand experience.

Anyways, a CamDoctor would find out. ;)

I have one of his cams. One of these days I will check it and see what all the specs are, but I just put it in and timed it where he wanted and never pulled it back out or bothered to check it. If I remember right I think he ground the numbers off the cam, I think:confused:, I know he cut all the part numbers off of every box of parts I got from him. It took me a couple weeks to figure out how come the pushrods would not clear around the intake after grinding through the intake runner and it still hit. I purchased heads, cam and Jessel setup through him and he gave me the wrong Jessel kit. Had to call Jessel and give them all the numbers on the stands etc before they figured out it was for another head. Thanks to no part numbers on box. Then had to have the head welded back up and ground back down:mad:.

Why not just buy one? I've run them both in different applications and they worked very well for me.

    crazy

thats crazy the builders that grind off numbers like they have hit gold do business with a professional shop or cam company they will grind you something just as good or better if they would order cams with there work order on them they would not have to do the tacky grind job

    Hi guys

If the cam is working good for you and you only want to know what you have installed . all you need is a degree wheel and an old cam card (crane or whatever) follow the timing points open-close ,centerline throught both intake and exhaust that will give you a very good idea .

My belief is if he put the effort and works good , then keep buying it from him, there is no need to copy stuff when you want to experiment...
