Too old for off the shelf (I guess) as I've had no luck finding them. Apparently different than the newer MBR ones.

    Here's the basic dimensions we can go from there;

    Bore 4.500"
    Overall Length 6.62"
    Register thickness/Height .322"
    Flange OD 4.85"
Sleeve OD 4.688" (this may be off due to egg shape...)

Has reciever groove (.052"x 4.68"), has double flats on flange and intake valve notch (I can do that if not there).

    TIA

    Sleeves

They are a basically what was in an old rodeck, depends on your deck height, la sleeve or dalton listed them under rodecks and fords!! For some reason you couldn't ask for them as an arias, had to be a rodeck. Get their catalogs and check the specs.

Forgot the mention that there is also a 4.700 od sleeve for when you need to clean up a block. There is a different o-ring (receiver groove) circumference for some heads that had bigger intake valves. Those are the main things I have run into........

    Sleeves

Sounds like the KB olds / early 481 sleeves , How many are you looking for ?.

    I might have 1 or 2 but I think they are 4.700 O.D.

Give Terry at AJPE a call there might be some left overs on the shelf.

I contacted Dale Dalwanz sp* and told him of your problem and he was going to check in and see if he could help you. He has alot of New old stock Arias/ Fontana parts. May want to post a number where he could reach you at.
    Good Luck

    Solved for now...

Got my sleeves (sort of) but had other problems (crank was bad). The new sleeves were a smaller bore but they came with a full rotating assy

Pricey solution but looks like I'll make the races this weekend. (Cheaper than it coming apart on the track!)

    Thanks all

(Still interested in any Fontana/MBR parts!!!)
