Hi all, we are looking into building a blown alterd, hemi, lenco drive. My question is; we want it to be self starting, so what starter do we use, where and how does it mount, Does it mount to the block or to the lenco drive bell housing? Thanks for any help. Tom

Call Tim McCamis, we use a 24v starter mounted to one of his adapter plates. Our starter mounts on pass side right below the block to the mid-plate with the top bolt threading into bellhousing. The oil pan is notched for removal without removing starter.
    Hope this helps.
