How is the easist way to do this? Do you use a tank that is somewhat pressurerized to feed the motor? With nitro going up and lack of it I am considering warming up my nostalgia blown nitro funny car up on alcohol.

    thanks ahead of time

Pretty simple deal. You can use a low pressure container or gravity fed. I have used both and prefer the gravity fed. install a shutoff valve that you can control flow through by opening and closeing. run the output of the container thru the shutoff ( probably a #6) to a distribution block. Use a quick disconnect to attach the container or hose to the distribution block that will shut off on both sides when disconnected. run eight lines to your
injector hat. You might have to expirement with the jet size but you could start out with about .070.
When cranking open the alcohol valve, spin the engine and turn ign. on.
When motor cranks use the alcohol valve to control the idel. Open more runs richer and slower. If you can't get the idel down to around 2000 with the alcohol valve then increase the size of your jets. for more idel rpm pull plugs
to increase the air flow to motor.
This is basicly the same system used on the injected nitro dragsters. Simple and works great.
I am starting to work on a system that you can crank the motor, do your burnout and only put on the nitro when you are ready to stage the car.
I figure this will save 2 to 3 gallons of nitro per run or about 70 to 80 dollars per run.

    Kyle,
Let me get some pics of the one that we use and I will send you an e-mail. It is a pressurized tank and it is a pretty simple deal.

    Kyle,
My method is probably to simple, but it works. I drop a 1/4 line in a jug of alcohol, other end of the line in an injector hat air bleed, and you are running.

    blower

if it's a blower motor, you need to make sure you have some fuel going through the blower to cool the rotors while it's running.

Kyle, I have a setup like Art described, except I have a flow control valve in the feed line. If you are coming to Indy this weekend for Goodguys I'd be glad to show you. Blue F.E.D. PCII class. Steve K.
