Wanted KB Stg 10 Sleeves

Hi,
I'm in Australia and trying to find sleeves to suit a Stg 10 KB with 4.700/4.690" OD and 4.375" Bore
I have been unable to get in contact with KB directly
Darton list a part number 439-375 but it's apparently discontinued and unavailable?
Daton and LA Sleeve will both make custom sleeves
Is there another off the shelf option for this size combination?
Or does anyone have any which they no longer require?
