Ok this is subject i am always trying to learn more about.
On a screw blown motor we abuse springs terrible, fact.
Not looking for bad mouthing but what spring has most found to be the best
for control, last the longest, and best cost per run at the stupid rpms we use today.
I realise there is only a handful winders out there.
Do you prefer a triple or dual, and why

Many are going to a triple on the intake, still run a double on the exhaust. I personally like the PAC Springs for both. If you call Ken @ Motorsports Unlimited he can set you up with what you need.

Ken at Motorsports Unlimited will have the best price...if he doesn't I'll pay the difference! As far as view/replies; many people wonder the same thing as it's a pretty big deal on the car. I pride myself on our valve train maintenance/stability/longevity. Taking the time to be 110% precise on every aspect of it will pay for itself 10x in the long run. Ken is a very knowledgeable guy and can help you quite a bit; plus he's at all the NHRA races with a truckload of parts...usually delivered to your trailer.

X2 Ken is the man to call. I ran Pac double springs since 07 and were ordering 4 sets a year, I swapped to the triple this year and ran on 2 sets. Save yourself time and $$ PUT THE TRIPLES ON. Like Brandon said the ex are not that critical. Kens # 216-390-4561

So which #Pac's do you run and what is the seat pressure (intake and exhaust) and how close to coil bind do you set them?

I toss the intakes when they get to 450#. I put them .060 from CB to start and I don't shim them after. Once they lose psi. I take them off and put them on the exhaust side.
