turning pulley around

    is there anything wrong with turning the pulley around with the open end towards the front?

    Tried it back in the roots days and it chewed up the snout bearings after a couple of runs. We were running 60 over and it did not like it.

    what did you do to correct it? how many times did it happen to you?

    It happened four times. MY fix was build a longer snout to fit the set back of the blower.
