Torque specs for Bottom Blower pulley and crank centre bolt

    What is the torque spec for bottom blower pulley and centre bolt to crank hub on a BAE hemi, also what do you usually torque the top pulley too.
    Is it wise to use some type of lock tight on the blower pulley bolts and centre crank hub bolt.

    my crank bolt is set at 400 pounds it also is a crank hub bolt from bob auto..dave
