    have any of you noticed how many crew chiefs and how many team cars it takes to get one car down the track. what happened to the crew chiefs. look at top teams like force one car goes down the track the other dont lucas they dont go down at all cant keep a crew chief more then three racers. and then take a look at allen johnson he gets it done so whats up. whats you take on this let us know thanks
