Been Having An Issue, When My Door Car Shakes Hard Engine Dies Immediatly. Only Has The Big Wizard Kill Switch, Mag 44 With Rev Limiter Box. I'd Think Has To Be Ignition Related. Anyone Seen Heard Of This And Can Lahey Or Someone Test For That???

We had a similar experience although more obvious. We had one of those aircraft safety switches on the dash for the ignition. The shake actually caused the red "door" to shut the switch off. We took the red door off and it's fine since.

We've had a lot of trouble with the shake killing batteries. What do you guys use for on-board batteries? How have they handled the shake? We have been using wheelchair batteries.

we used to carry batteries on board as well. now we keep the starter on board, and plug into the batteries. we use a small gel battery like an alarm battery, etc. to run the shift lite and the tach......we lost 90 pounds like this, and seems to work pretty well......something to think about
