Timers/Pneumatics

Im new to the blown alky world and I need to know what is the name of these little timers/solenoids that are used in alot of fuel systems for high speeds etc. I know they can be purchased at an industrial supply type store but does anyone have part numbers etc? Thanks!

Also, what are some other websites such as this one or manufacturers that i can check out to get some tech data. I'm trying to learn as much as I can before I even start this thing!!
