TIGERFLOW Racing Stays Strong in Ennis

Ennis, Texas -- With extreme weather changes being forecast in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex area of Texas, the opening race of the South Central
Division 4 Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series this past weekend was condensed to a two day event. Racers were still going down that track well into the
morning hours due to the overwhelming attendance in most of the classes.

For Tigerflow Racing, in Top Alcohol Dragster, the team of Lawson and Odom qualified on Friday in the third position with a 5.393 pass down the track.
The Bill Reichert tuned team made it through eliminations to the Semi-Finals where they eventually lost a very close race to eventual event
    winner, Malcolm Wahle.

Tigerflow Racing's associate sponsored Alcohol Funny Car Team of Kebin "Wild Child" Kinsley qualified in the number 2 slot and made his way to the final round and was the runner up for the event. In additdion, Steve Burck of Corpus Christi, Texas qualified in the 5th position and experienced some parts breakage which in turn led to a Round 1 early exit.

Also in the Alcohol Funny Car class, Paul Anderson from Firestone, Colorado piloted the Tigerflow sponsored funny car owned and tuned by Brad McWilliams.
Anderson, in his second outing in the 2002 Camaro, qualified in the sixth position and made it to the Semi Finals.

Keith Haney of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma was in his brand new GTO Top Sportsman for the teams 2009 debut race. Haney took possession of his new car at the end of the 2008 racing season and waited out the winter to get a couple of shake down passes prior to competing at Ennis this past weekend. Haney qualified in the 7th position and broke out by .02 during the 2nd round of eliminations on Saturday night.

In the Super Classes, Tommy Phillips of Forney, Texas who has of late been on fire at the track, had early exits in the second round in both Super Comp and Super Gas respectively. The final Tigerflow Racing sponsored dragster, driven by Cynthia Davis, exited the race in first round.

Team Tigerflow Racing's next competition will be at the Division 5 West Central Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event opener, April 24 to 26, 2009 in Great Bend, Kansas.
