Third Member ID

We are trying to ID the manufacturer of the third member in the pics, it came in the car that a friend purchased this year. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That case is from the late Danny Miller at Rear Gears (St Louis area)....he bought the tooling for the housing from Lenco years ago and manufactured a bunch of these....not sure if Rear Gears is still in business and if there are any parts available....he did sell the company to someone before he passed but not sure they are still in business...standard 9" stuff should fit this case...
