I have talked to several people about which belt to run on a alcohol Aj 526 with a K11 blower. Turning about 9000 rpm. Like to hear from the guys who run this combo. I have been told the 11mm will jump teeth. I always ran 14mm but am putting a new combo together, Have no belts or pulleys yet so open the any combination. Any roots blower guys left? What is everyone tried or are running.

I switched from 14mm to 8mm a few years ago and haven’t looked back. Does a lot less damage when it breaks.

I've ran 14 my whole life at 20% with your combo. Shifted anywhere between 9200-10400. Never broke or had issue. Put a whole season on 1 belt then rotate it to a spare. Carbon gt belts. With lower OD 8mm is the only way to go for nhra. It's the only pulley that makes the correct OD
