    Since this is the hot topic, I'll give out the facts.

    Yes, Shelly Howard did buy a rolling chassis from Chris Ricketts

    Tom Conway will tune it.

    It is not known when it will be completed. She still plans to campaign her blown car.

    She is switching because the team feels that is the only way to be competitive given the current rules.

    Shelly will test her blown car at the warm up in Sealy and open the season with the car.
