    Hi Donn,
We need a lot more info before we can give you any logical solution to your problem.

    What weight oil are using?
    Where are the restrictors?
How much rod clearance do you have?

I hope we can solve your problem, Joe

    rod

Is the rod breaking during the run or in the shutdown?

200 lbs of oil pressure is a lot of pressure, it very well could be pumping the oil to the top of the motor and not having any oil during shutdown. I would check the oil pressure in the shutdown part of the run on your data logger. Many times a motor will run out of oil while it is still running down there.

Are you stretching the rod bolts when you install them?

If it's not oil or improper stretch, then it could be tune up and your combo is picking on that cylinder.
