    We had our grandma build ours our driver/owner found really nice fishing shirts at Cabellas and once the sponsor information was on them they looked A-1. The thought so at mission anyway. Just a suggestion.

    Whatever happened to Bill Bailey and his yellow school bus. He used to do embroidery in the pits at OCIR back in the 1970's.

    His bus said "Bill Bailey won't you please come home" on it.

    I remember- Bill- he had a slogan Big B---B---B---B---Bill Bailey- used to see him at Pomona also-
    Wonder what happened to Terry the Pirate? the welder- used to fix everything for us with his portable welding shop? (I think it was Terry?- u old guys will know who I mean)

    "Porky the Pirate" died years ago....exactly how many, my feeble mind can't remember. One of drag racing's authentic characters.

    Bill Bailey and his yellow school bus which is black now can be found at LACR or Palmdale at the big end of the track. Been there many years now. I think he lives there.
