Swapping roots to screw, whats needed

I have always ran a roots blower but I find myself leaning towards a screw combo, firstly I run a dragster with 440ci KB onboard. What parts do I need to look for ie, will my manifold suit or is there a particular screw manifold to go for, Whipple or PSI, I am talking real hardware here not the incidentals, although I guess they do add up.
