steering column

    I have a SPE steering box. I need to know what the proper way to mount the shaft between the steering wheel and the box. I have two set screws in it now and it doesn't seam like that's enough. It wobbles after a couple of passes.

    We Have A Spe Box On The Funnycar And I Drilled A Hole Through The Column And Shaft And Put A Rollpin Through It And Never Had A Problem Hope This Helps Jamie

    2006 NHRA rulebook page 206 3:3
    "all fasteners must be of a positive nature; no roll or pressed pins, no ball-lock pins, set screws, etc."
    i used a bolt and lock nut on mine
